About Our Team
Bezhan joined the Avia NG team in 2026 and is based out of our Richmond Hill office. Bezhan’s background is in civil engineering technology and construction project coordination, with hands-on experience spanning municipal infrastructure, site grading, storm and sanitary drainage design, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Avia NG, Bezhan worked with a Toronto-based civil construction firm as a Construction Project Coordinator, where he gained extensive field and office experience including AutoCAD Civil 3D design, total station survey operations, Ontario Building Code compliance, and municipal liaison work. His project involvement spanned the full construction lifecycle from design coordination through site execution.
Bezhan holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Seneca Polytechnic. He is an active member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), currently pursuing his Certified Technologist (C.Tech.) designation.
