About Our Team
Cliff joined Avia NG in 2026 and has experience working in the private and public sectors leading complex, large-scale capital projects across the infrastructure, transportation, and land development sectors. His background includes delivering key milestones across multiple major contracts for the Ontario Line transit project. From concept to completion, Cliff has successfully managed multidisciplinary design teams, rigorous contract administration, and complex stakeholder interfaces, delivering projects to the highest quality and regulatory standards. His expertise spans civil infrastructure planning, consultant and contractor field coordination, risk mitigation, and technical design reviews. He is passionate about all aspects of project delivery, proactive problem-solving, and ensuring seamless engineering integration within active, live operational environments.
Cliff is a Professional Engineer in both Ontario and British Columbia with a Master of Science in Transport and City Planning from University College London and Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from University of British Colombia.
