Gene Cabral is Chief Executive Officer at Avia NG Airport Consultants with Executive experience in the Aviation Industry, working in Senior leadership roles for Airlines, CATSA and at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Having completed his Executive Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Gene is a seasoned, strategic and action-oriented Executive with expertise in Airport, Airline, Government and Stakeholder Management, Labour and Contract negotiations, Crisis Management and Organizational Planning environments.
Gene brings a wealth of experience in managing changes in corporate policy, critical time sensitive issues, complex union environments, multiple staffing practices and Government Policies. As well as leading all key aspects including financial accountability, master plan development, indigenous and government agency consultation, public relations, stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
