Isuru is a results-driven IT professional with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Data Analytics with a Minor in Mathematics, from Trent University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aviation Technical Operations from Northwood University. Based in Avia NG’s Waterloo office as an IT Coordinator, he brings several years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and end-user technology in aviation and contact centre environments.
Isuru specializes in creating reliable, scalable, and secure IT ecosystems and is skilled in Windows Server and Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoint management, networking, and corporate security. He has experience with disaster recovery, communication tools, identity and access management, backups, and day-to-day security. As a Cisco Certified Technician and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, he blends a practical, improvement-focused approach with strong technical skills.
