About Our Team
Jelena joined the Avia NG in 2025 and has experience working in private and public sector leading complex, large-scale capital projects across the infrastructure, transportation, and aviation sectors. From concept to completion, she successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, complex budgets, and diverse stakeholders, delivering projects to the highest quality standards. Jelena’s expertise spans project planning, consultant and contractor coordination, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about all aspects of project delivery, mentoring the next generation of project leaders, and fostering a collaborative and service-focused project culture.
Jelena holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Belgrade. She also has her Certificate of Project Management from the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies.
