Laura joined the Avia NG Team in 2026 and is based in our Toronto office. She brings a diverse background spanning recruitment, relationship management, program coordination, and business support. Throughout her career, Laura has worked closely with people and teams across a range of environments, supporting recruitment initiatives, programs, and organizational priorities.

Her experience in the nonprofit and post-secondary sectors has shaped a collaborative, people-focused approach grounded in strong stakeholder engagement, organization, and problem-solving. Laura is passionate about creating positive experiences for candidates and colleagues while helping organizations connect people and talent to their broader goals.
