Leo is an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of multi-disciplinary expertise in the design and execution of heavy civil and electrical infrastructure. Combining a hands-on trade foundation as a Certified Master Electrician with his background as a Certified Engineering Technologist, Leo offers a unique perspective that maximizes synergies between design and constructability.

Leo has a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure developments, where he has managed technical scopes encompassing power and communication duct banks, overhead catenary systems, pile foundations, track slabs, transportation lighting, and integrated signalling systems.
