Lucas Monteiro

Lucas joined the Avia NG in 2026 and is based out of our Calgary office. Lucas is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Engineering in Project Management and brings over a decade of experience supporting airport projects in active operational environments, including design coordination, construction support, maintenance planning and contract administration.

Before joining Avia NG, Lucas worked for INFRAERO, Brazil’s federal airport infrastructure company where he obtained most of his experience including reviewing multidisciplinary design packages, coordinating with contractors and internal airport teams, supporting technical documentation and helping ensure projects met regulatory safety and operational requirements.
