About Our Team
Mai joined the Avia NG team in April 2026 and is based out of the Richmond Hill office. She brings a strong background in civil engineering, with experience spanning geotechnical investigation, pavement assessment, and municipal infrastructure projects.
Mai holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Damascus University, along with a diploma in Civil Engineering Design and Technology from Metro College Toronto. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
In her role as a Technologist, Mai supports a range of engineering projects, contributing to design development, drafting, and technical coordination. Her earlier career focused on geotechnical and pavement investigations with Englobe, followed by work on municipal projects for residential and commercial developments.
With over seven years of experience in civil engineering, Mai has provided engineering support across various roles, developing a well-rounded understanding of both field and office-based project requirements.
