About Our Team
Mark Davis is a Senior Aviation Consultant at Avia NG with nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of aviation policy, infrastructure strategy, and regulatory modernization. Before joining Avia NG, Mark led national policy and planning initiatives at Transport Canada, supporting projects related to airport development, northern transportation, and air sector performance. At the National Research Council, he contributed to strategic planning and performance frameworks for surface transportation and aerospace R&D investments.
Mark holds a PhD in Public Policy, where his thesis examined airport governance and commercialization in Canada, as well as a master’s and bachelor’s degree in economics. He is also pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics to complement his experience advising public and private sector clients.
