About Our Team
Meghan joined the Avia NG Team in 2025 and brings with her experiences in healthcare operations, project coordination, and organizational support, with a foundation in business process improvement and stakeholder collaboration. Before joining Avia NG, she worked at a local healthcare network as a Project Planner and later as a Policy & Procedure Coordinator, leading corporate projects and policy development while collaborating with senior leaders to streamline processes. She also spent several years at SickKids, providing executive administrative support, managing onboarding and training programs, supporting recruitment, and contributing to a 10-year program review.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, a post graduate certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, along with additional training in leadership, change management, and process improvement.
