About Our Team
Megan joined the Avia NG team in 2026 and is based out of the Southampton office. Megan has a background in project coordination and procurement, and has worked in building & construction, renewable energy and most recently the healthcare sector. Megan has previously worked on large scale building and construction projects in Australia, including one of the largest and most significant urban renewal projects in the country. Megan has also worked within the Operation and Maintenance of multiple renewable energy projects across Canada and most recently was a Project Planner for a local healthcare service working on multiple building improvement projects.
Megan has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice & Public Policy, a post graduate Diploma in Construction Management and Contracts Administration, a certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
