About Our Team
Rolando joined Avia NG in 2025. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University in the Philippines and a post-graduate study in Structural Engineering from the University of the Philippines researching prestressed concrete. He has over 20 years experience in civilian airport planning and design experience in the Canadian and international airport environment.
