A Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with 24 years of experience, Tony brings a versatile career spanning transportation, rail, and aviation infrastructure delivery across Canada and the United States. He has built deep expertise in design development, commercial risk, claims management, and schedule certainty, with a strong command of a range of project delivery models — including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Public-Private Partnerships (P3/DBFM), Progressive Design-Build, and Construction Management at Risk (CMAR).
Tony's transportation and rail experience spans major Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx programs, GO Transit and Union Pearson Express (UP Express) corridor projects, and CMAR delivery on the Union Station Revitalization Project, together with passenger rail advisory work on initiatives such as British Columbia's E&N corridor. In aviation, he supports capital program delivery at Toronto Pearson International and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airports, working across regulatory frameworks including Transport Canada, ICAO, FAA, IATA, and NAV CANADA.
Known for his program management and design development leadership, proactive risk mitigation, and drive to push decision-making authority to the point of execution, Tony delivers complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects safely, on time, and on budget. He is based in Avia NG's Toronto office.
