About Our Team
Yoshi joined Avia NG in 2025 and brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, leading complex, large-scale capital projects across the infrastructure, mining, transportation, and aviation industries. From concept to completion, he has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, complex budgets, and diverse stakeholder groups, consistently delivering projects to the highest quality standards. His expertise covers the full project lifecycle—from planning and tendering through to design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Yoshi also has experience in consulting, contracting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
He is passionate about all aspects of project delivery and is a strong advocate for mentoring the next generation of project leaders. He fosters a collaborative, service-focused project culture aimed at achieving exceptional outcomes.
Yoshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science (2008) from Griffith University in Australia, as well as a Certificate in Project Management (2017) from the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies.
