Luis Hidalgo

Luis is a Civil Engineer from the Dominican Republic with experience in project management and control of infrastructure projects such as residential, office buildings, hotels, industrial manufacturing facilities, highways, and airports. Since graduating from his master’s program in 2022 from Carleton University, he has been involved with airfield restoration projects at various airports across Canada. His responsibilities include the preparation of design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and managing/inspecting projects on-site during construction.
